Drexel is an Account Manager for American Water College (AWC). He helps organizations maximize their usage of the TrainingHub Learning Management System. Drexel has been with AWC for over year. Prior to that he worked at Baylor University as the Manager for Leadership & Development, after spending 10+ years in the Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. He loves being a think partner with leaders on how to create high performance teams and lead with influence. When Drexel is not helping clients effectively use TrainingHub, he is either growing a large family, planting a church, or studying for school.
